Edmed Homes Pty Ltd is a family owned and operated business with wide and varied experience in the construction industry, having both a domestic housing arm and a commercial construction division.

Our domestic housing arms has built and constructed many architechturally designed homes, working with the architect in a project management role and taking on this role in our own right.

As an alternative to this process starting from one of our many standard plans or designing an individual home around the client needs and plot of land. We specialise in the more difficult sloping block of land as it is usually these blocks which command a stunning design and building expertise. We also cater for the first home buyer with economic designs and construction methods.

Our commercial division has experience in tilt up panel factories, shopping centres, local government administration building, hotels, clubs, three storey walk up unit complexes, multi unit cluster developments and much more.

We offer a professional service focused on constructing what the client needs and expects. Our quoting is both competitive and detailed. We are fully licenced and insured, our management staff of Chris Edmed (Director), Dave Stuart and Neil Johnson have a combined experience of some 100 years in the construction and home building industry.
